1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on items that are:
- Unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used vacuum cleaners.
- Vacuum cleaners that have been modified or damaged after delivery.
- Any consumables, such as filters, bags, or parts that have been opened.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to our returns address.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in original condition, we will process the refund.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective product or incorrect item shipped).
- The refund process may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, we will exchange it for the same item or provide a full refund, as per your preference. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective item, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return the product following our standard return procedure.
7. Damaged or Defective Products

8. Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on most vacuum models. The warranty covers manufacturer defects, but it does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or regular wear and tear. Warranty claims can be initiated by contacting our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving any issues.
9. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling the order.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs paid for the original purchase are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
